The project sponsor pays the activities fee that enables students to create projects. Three sponsorship types are available. Expo recognition.
- Serve as Student Project Supporter for 1 student. $200
- Serve as Program Supporter for 4 students $800
- Serve as Team Project Supporter for 2 students. $400

- At the Expo, score student projects by serving on scoring panels of 3 judges each.
- During the event, use rubrics and scorecards to assign points.
- Suggest ways that students can improve their scores prior to the Expo. Expo recognition.

Students participating in challenges and competitions requiring a project often need advice from an adult. Expo recognition.
- Serve as Student Project Advisor to 1 student. .
- Serve as Group Project Advisor to 4 students participating in the same program.

Help establish policies regarding green jacket eligibility, and other accessories. T-shirts, event attire, lapel pens, backpacks notebooks, computer supplies, etc. Expo recognition.
