This includes teaching and advising students at the college, junior college and high school levels in agriculture, natural resources, and related fields at Michigan Sate University, State Community College in E. St. Louis, ILL, and E. St. Louis High School. His work includes the development and implementation of innovative programs to enhance workforce diversity
